The RealSpace Viewer from Live Picture, Inc. Using the RealSpace Viewer with your Ray Dream software ----------------------------------------------------- Your Ray Dream software supports the RealSpace Viewer from Live Picture, Inc., allowing you to create panoramic virtual reality environments for the Web. For instructions, see "Using the RealSpace Spherical Camera" in the "Setting Lights & Cameras" chapter of your Ray Dream User Guide. What is the RealSpace Viewer (formerly RealVR Traveler)? ----------------------------------------------------- The RealSpace Viewer brings photorealistic 3D environments to the Web. Site designers can display rich multimedia scenes that combine panoramic images, enhanced VRML 2.0-rendered objects, 3D photo objects and streaming audio. RealSpace files are small; a typical 3D panorama is less than 100K, three to five times smaller than the current generation of QuickTime VR technology. With the merger of Live Picture Inc., and RealSpace Inc., the RealVR Traveler has been renamed the RealSpace Viewer. Implementing this change within the product itself is underway, as are development efforts intended to integrate the product's spatial navigation technology with complementary Live Picture technologies.
